If a product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you may be entitled to a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Change of Mind Returns
Due to the nature of our food products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for:

- Incorrect product selection
- Personal taste preferences
- Orders where incorrect shipping details were provided
For food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened, consumed, or perishable items unless they are faulty.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Faulty Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or you believe there is a quality issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Once reviewed, we may offer:

Delivery Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:

- Ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery where required
- Following storage instructions after delivery
We are not responsible for spoilage or damage caused by:

- Parcels left unattended
- Improper storage after delivery
